Jo Lindner posted fitness-related tricks, tips, and routines via his Instagram. Jo passed away at the age of thirty in June 2023, because of an aneurysm. The injury to his neck occurred just prior to his death. Noel Deyzel (a fellow bodybuilder) confirmed his death via posting on Instagram. His former partner Nicha was also on the same page.
