Markie Post is a noted American actor best known for her portrayals of public defender Christine Sullivan in NBCs sitcom Night Court the bail bondswoman Terri Michaels on ABCs drama show The Fall Guy and Georgie Anne Lahti Hartman in CBSs sitcom Hearts Afire. In addition to acting, she has been involved in a variety of game-based shows. The daughter of poet Marylee Post and scientist Richard F. Post she was raised alongside two other brothers at Walnut Creek. Las Lomas High School in Los Angeles was her school of choice. She participated as a cheerleader. She went to Pomona College for a short duration and she graduated in Lewis & Clark College, Oregon. Post was previously married to Stephen Knox. Michael A. Ross (actor/writer) is the husband of Post since 1982. They have two daughters. Post is a role model for Hollywood by being a phenomenal actress and exemplary mother and wife. Some of her early credits include a 1981 Barnaby-Jones pilot, Simon & Simon: Details at Eleven from 1981 season 1 episode 2. The Greatest American Hero and episodes of The A-Team.
